Steven Roitman has been Chairman and CEO since acquiring the company in 1992. Mr. Roitman entered the energy industry in 1980 and held a variety of financial and executive positions in the oil and gas industry prior to acquiring BWAB. Mr. Roitman is presently responsible for conceiving and implementing the company's business plan, establishing corporate identity, and developing and managing its asset portfolio. Mr. Roitman received a Bachelor of Finance in Business from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS), and serves on many community boards.
David Roitman is vice president of Corporate Development. He joined the company in 1990 as a production analyst and has since held numerous other positions. Mr. Roitman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado in 1992.
Dan Bennett partnered with Steven Roitman in 2005 to form BWAB Investments, LLC. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at commercial real estate services and investment firm Grubb & Ellis Company, most recently as director of the Corporate Services Group. Mr. Bennett received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from Princeton University in 1992. He is a member of Brokers for Battered Kids, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Princeton University Alumni Council, and is the Princeton Entrepreneur Network Chairman.
William Mills is vice president of land for BWAB. Mr. Mills received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas University in 1969 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University in 1973. Prior to joining BWAB in 1981, Mr. Mills worked for Texaco, Inc. in Denver.
Connie Karst is vice president of cash management. Prior to joining the company in 2005, Mrs. Karst worked for Power & Twersky Business Mgmt Group in Sherman Oaks, CA, and Multi-Link Technology in Santa Monica, CA. Mrs. Karst received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Metro State College of Denver.
Helen Sayers is an accountant who joined BWAB in 2000. Ms. Sayers formerly worked for a private medical practice for 27 years, and received her training at The University of Pennsylvania.
