Over the past 20 years, we’ve expanded our holdings across the country, and currently own production in 26 states. We have established relationships, infrastructure, and internal cash flow to pursue additional acquisition opportunities, as well as participate in the development of our owned properties.

In addition to successful acquisitions of proved reserves, we are experts at creating value from the hidden upsides in turnarounds and re-capitalizations, and in re-positioning of troubled oil and gas assets and companies.
